今日は東京で５４年ぶりに雪が降りました。
秋田市よりも多かったのにびっくりしましたね。
東京の方は雪に慣れていないので１３人の方が怪我をされたそうです。
秋田ではあの程度の雪どうって事ないと思うのではありますが、５４年ぶりの雪に備えがないのは仕方がないと思います。
何事も備えがないといざという時に大変になるのは同じですね。
さて、今日はiDeCoについて。
皆さんiDeCoってご存知ですか？
実は個人型確定拠出年金の事をiDeCo（イデコ）と呼ぶんです。
英語表記の
「individual-type Defined Contribution pension plan」
の赤い文字を取ってそう呼びます。
会社で確定拠出年金をやっているよ！という方もいらっしゃるかも知れません。
（因みに全国的に導入企業が激増していて、大企業ではもうすでに確定拠出年金をやっている企業が多いですが。残念ながら秋田県の企業は導入率全国最下位です（汗））
ではiDeCo（個人型確定拠出年金）とは何かと申しますと、
『最強のじぶん年金』
です！！！
何が最強かと申しますと、
『税制優遇』
が最強！！！なのです！！！
まず、掛金は全額が所得控除！！！
（因みに生命保険の個人年金保険は上限が年４万円控除までです。つまり月に2万円、年間24万円払っても4万円分しか控除を受けられません）
そして、運用を自分で行える（これも大きなメリットです！）のですが、運用益も非課税！
通常は20.315％課税されます！例えば年間１０万円利益が出ると20,315円も税金が掛かるのですが、これが非課税です！
更に受け取る時には、一時金受取りか年金受取りかを選択（ミックスも可能）でき、
一時金なら退職所得控除、年金受取りなら公的年金等控除が受けられます！
このように、公的年金が不安の中、政府が税金を安くしてあげるから資産形成頑張ってね！という自助努力に政府がおまけしてくれる制度がiDeCoなのです！
そして、このiDeCoは今まで第3号被保険者（いわゆる専業主婦）と公務員は加入できなかったのですが、来年１月から解禁されます！
こんないい制度は活用しない手はありませんよね！
という事で、最近はこのiDeCoの問い合わせが急増しています！
※実は私、開業当初から確定拠出年金でセミナーを行っています。やっと時代が追いついてきたかな（笑）
